What should I do with my 2 spare PCs?

I've got 2 systems that I don't really use becuse neither work very well. One is a 533 Celeron with 256M and a 30Gig hard drive. The other is a PIII 800 with 2 80Gig HDDs in a RAID1 array and 512M.

My problem is the 533 gets really hot and since it's only Win 98 it needs to be restarted about once a week. The other is running Win2k, but it's been having weird lock-up issues since well before this Motherboard. (I think the processor is fried). I'm wondering if I should invest in a processor or swap the 533 to the better system and sell off the parts of the other system. (motherboard, hard drive, memory) Any ideas? I'm not sure where the best place to get PIII processors for cheap is. If I upgrade, I'm looking for 2 PIII class processors for 133Mhz mobo clockspeed. Any ideas or suggestions?
 
I'd like to have one of them as a windows box though... My plan to to make a Windows box just for the soul purpose of file sharing on my network. (music and videos) Possibly a gaming box too, but I've been using my laptop for that in the last year.
 
Sell, but be careful you don't sell to some moron who thinks the money they paid qualifies for lifetime technical support, else any money you made will be lost several times over by them wasting your time.
 
Sell the better one.
Donate one to a needy family if you can afford to. It will totally change the life of a young child who would otherwise be without one for a long time. I'm talking about children who do not have much joy and happiness in terms of luxuries..I have a freind who is a big sister to a 8 yr old girl.. A big deal for that girl is getting a 60 cent candy bar for treat. Puts things in perspective for the rest of us spoiled people.
