What should I do with all this leftover coleslaw mix?

I came across a crockpot recipe here a week or so ago that called for some pre-shredded coleslaw mix. Well, I used the amount I needed and still have half a bag left. What else could I use it for besides making coleslaw?


Updated:Went ahead and threw what was left into some homemade chili. Yum! It turned out to be tasty🙂
 
Colecannon is good. Basically that is mashed potatoes, ham chunks, and then braised cabbage mixed in. Or just throw it into a tomato based soup with vegetables.
