What should I do with all this leftover coleslaw mix?

I came across a crockpot recipe here a week or so ago that called for some pre-shredded coleslaw mix. Well, I used the amount I needed and still have half a bag left. What else could I use it for besides making coleslaw?


Updated:Went ahead and threw what was left into some homemade chili. Yum! It turned out to be tasty

it would sorta be like boiled dinner(with ham instead of corned beef)

Colecannon is good. Basically that is mashed potatoes, ham chunks, and then braised cabbage mixed in. Or just throw it into a tomato based soup with vegetables.
