Hi, I recently had a WD 13.6 7200 HDD die on me and I have called them 5 times since thursday and everyday they told that the network is dead and they can't process anything. They say they are at the MERCY OF THE NETWORK PEOPLE. Come on you make HDD's and can't keep a DA*N network up and running, their website is up so the friggin RMA request should work. I don't want to RMA on the web because many people have said that it is SLLLOOOOOWWW and plus it will take 4 days to get their and 9 or more days to return. These people are really pissing me off and I will NEVER buy a WD again, especially since they can't keep up the network there.
