What should I do if I had a problem in FS/FT?

Hey guys I had a problem with a deal in FS/FT and I'd like to get some opinions on how best to resolve it. I bought an iphone off a guy and upon receiving the iphone the touchscreen is having some serious issues. After trying every kind of hard/soft reset and software restore and taking it to a tech I was told it was a hardware issue. I've emailed the guy twice in the past 4 days or so and have gotten no response. What is the best way to proceed?
