What should I buy my gf for xmas?

No I am not lying she does exist :--)

Well there are two options I am looking at:

1. A mp3 player, she works out 3-4 times a week and always listens to this beat up tape player, so I thought maybe getting her a decent mp3 player.

2. We were at one of the malls in Houston, and we saw this awesome light blue coat, kinda log and really really nice, she loved it and she looked good in it, but when she saw the price she said no way.

Both items seem to be about the same price range.

So any advice would be appreciated.

purses, jewlery, perfume, ie girly things are christmas presents.
mp3 player and such are for birthdays.

5s5: well, considering her bday is like 6 months ago, and I really don't want to buy her any jewerly, or purses, she just bought Vera Wang perfume (i highly recommend it for all the women). So I am looking for a practical yet "damn thats a cool gift" gift.

hey, it's not my fault that you didn't plan ahead. Christmas, v-day, and anniversaries all are romantic occasions in my book therefor gf's get something girly. Birthdays you give them that "damn that's a cool gift" gift. 😉

So I guess my advice is to get her that coat.
