What should I be looking forward to for x-mas?

This x-mas I will be getting a new video card for my computer. My mom will probably be paying $250 for it and I may add a little bit of my own depending on what I can get($50 - $100). I was thinking either the Geforce 4 Ti4600, Radian 9700 pro (if they actually get rock solid drivers) or the new Nvidia card. I want something that will look good at 2d and do well at 3D programs such as Maya, some gaming in the future will be planned. So what should I be looking at getting for x-mas?

Seriously, it is WAY too early to tell. Too many variables to predict best bang for buck in December.

But work on saving money . . . that always helps.
