What should I ask for?

My birthday is coming up in September and my mom has been asking me what I want. I will probally have around 250-300 spent on me. I can't really think of anythign I want, Thinking about a GeForce III . Here is my system now.. What can be some major upgrades for me then, IE a Palimino, ?,
