What should be the ideal length of a movie in theaters?

Id say 120 minutes is good enough, I get my money's worth and I am still relatively comfortable sitting in the same spot for that time. LOTR:TTT was an exception tho...I hardly noticed that it was like 3 hours long. :D

yes 2 hous is decent. with exceptions like LOTR which could have lasted a whole year and i wouldent have noticed

and there shouldent be any god damn previws and adds.

luckily when i saw TTT there were 2 preiews. for Dumb & Dumberer and X2 3 min from light to movie
not bad

Yeah, enough so you get what they want you to think.

p.s. bambi's mom dies.

How ever long it takes to tell the story, I hate it when a movie is rushed along just as much as I hate it when one drags on longer than it needs.

I really think movies these days are too short. They rush through a lot of scenes and leave me wanting more at the end.
