What should be my next upgrade?

2gb of ram(1gbx2) or a 3800x2? Currently have a 3500 oced to 2.4(its a bad overclocker and overheats sometimes) and 1gb or ram. Which would be better?

That would depend on what you use the PC for.

If you game primarily, then i'd get the RAM.

If you multitask alot, then i'd get the X2, & later, more RAM.
