What shoes to wear for an Urban environment and casual look?

Not for me. Never bought one in my entire life and never will

I remember in the 80's during high school some guys only wore Pumas, some Nike, some Converse and so on. For me, it was Reebok all the way!

Reebok? Is that even still a thing? Are you some hipster trying to look cool in your "retro" sneakers?

This is one of those questions that looks like it's being asked sincerely, but I just can't imagine that anyone on this planet doesn't already have a very good idea of what kind of shoes they like to wear casually. How old are you? Do you honestly not know where to begin, or are you just fishing to see some oddball answers?

Nobody really needs "waterproof" shoes for everyday wear, although it almost sounds as if you plan on wearing these these shoe from the moment you wake up, until you undress at night. If it's raining dogs, or maybe there are a couple of inches of snow, then OK, go waterproof. Otherwise, a pair of very-unwaterproof canvas sneakers will do service as well as any waterproof shoe.

Merrell is pretty good for that all purpose shoe for summer, snow and rain. I put my last pair through a lot and it lasted for a couple of years. Highly recommend the gore tex Chameleon series. Waterproof too.

I have a pair of these and they are great. Very comfortable and versatile with various outfits.

I have these too (and really like them), but they definitely aren't waterproof.
