What settings would be better/faster XP&NF2

System specs in my sig.....

Id like to know what would be better....

Run my FSB and memory at 200MHz with memory timings of 2.5-4-4-11 or run my FSB at 200Mhz using a 6/5 ratio so the ram runs at 166Mhz with timings of 2-3-3-*?

Running your ram 1:1 with any timings will be much faster. Besides, running at 2-3-3-11 isn't going to help you when the processor is waiting on the memory every moment the computer is running. The only reason that memory timings make any difference is so the processor won't have to wait as long on the ram.

Yes, but if you're looking for the ultimate performance, you'll want to save up for some 2-2-2-x or 2-3-3-x ram. 2.5 CAS isn't bad though. There are people around here who are running 3-4-4-11, which is much worse.
