what settings to use to fit SVCD in 2 cds? 80 min-cdr

hi everyone. what kind of setting is everyone using in TMPGenc to fit 2 of 80 min CDR for SVCD?
the one I did was 2 gig long which is about 3 cds.

I have looked at divx but didnt want to encode it that way because I can't play it on my dvd player.

You need to use a bitrate calculator to figure that out, or, alternatively, use an all-in-one package ala DVD2SVCD to do the job for you.

Check out vcdhelp.com. They've got an online bitrate calculator, as well as several small standalone ones.
