What settings for 1.2G/266FSB with PC1600 on Iwill KA266

With 2 settings for the FSB (100/133), and 2 settings for the RAM (100/133), this gives me 4 possible combinations. What's optimal (base setup - I will then start to overclock each area, and I'll take any procedural recommendations for this also)? Since I have PC1600 (waiting for PC2100 to become affordable and available), will this force me to run the FSB at 100, or can I run asynchronous?

I have the same motherboard with 1.2 gig rev b T-bird, and 256 megs Crucial PC1600 ram. Have the computer running at 9X133 for a few days with 100% stability so far.
