What settings do i need to change in IE6 so it "updates" each time I load a page?

I don't remember Internet Explorer 5 doing this, so I get Microsoft implementing something in IE6 so it would load pages faster. That works fine sometimes, but other times it's annoying.

I will load a webpage, and it load real quick, but then i look at the content of the page, and it's from a day ago, or worse.

I want IE6 to load the page with the latest content, in case there was something new posted in the past few hours, minutes..etc..........

I have to hit "refresh" manually, to update the page.

Like I said before, that can get annoying after a while.

Can someone tell me what settings need to be changed? I looked at "internet options"/ "advanced".......but can' figure out what to change.

Thanks.

internet options/temporary internet files/settings & choose every visit to the page.
btw have you flushed your temporary internet cache?

Go to "Tools-Internet Options-General-(Temporary Internet Files) Settings" and check "Every time you visit the page"
