What settings are the best for overclckng Duron @ ~ 1000 on Abit KT7?

Please share with us, the less knowledgeable.
What settings should I put on the CPU setup page?
I tried several, but after I save and exit, nothing happens, my syst does not go to windows, and if I shut down and restart, the computer wont start at all.
