What setting for ram on Asus A7V133

Hi..I got some Mosel PC143 rev 2 from JKdude...this ram is supposed to hit 160 cas222..in many cases but should hit at least 150...

On asus board you get the followin options..SPD(recommended)...7ns(pc143) or 8ns(which I would not use) or user define(I can set cas at 222..btw pc143 or 7ns sets cas222 as well)

Any suggestions?

Setting 7ns sets Cas2 but it ALSO sets more agressive memory timings so that is the best option.
