What service do you use to share your photographs?

I recently realized that I wanted to pay for the convenience to share an 'unlimited' amount of photos with friends, families, and sometimes strangers (depending on the photo).

I was looking for a service that is well established, easy to use, easy to upload to, and easy to have private albums - as well as unlimited uploads and downloads. I wanted to be able to password protect albums. FTP upload would rock I was thinking. O yea - I wanted to spend no more than 30ish a year.

I tried Smugmug - loved it, but the cheap account was not unlimted.

Tried Flickr, love the interactiveness. No FTP upload. Not really a password protected type deal, you mark individual photos private, and you can group them in an album.

Tried PBASE - not unlimited.

I had never heard of fotki - fotki.com - I bought a pro account within one week. Has all of the features I wanted thensome. . .

How about you all, what do you use and why? Thought we could help some people out in my situation. People using services other than fotki - what do you use? Why? What is special about your service?

Lets not bring up the 'buy' your own domain and webspace option. Most people really don't want to manage all of that (even though I can. . .)

I've had good luck with snapfish.com, but I'm not sure if it offers all that you're looking for.

I've got a site through devioustrap as well and i'm happy. I don't upload much, so don't need much. None of the options out there impressed me. It's pretty difficult for someone to "browse" my images, and i like that.

flickr. altho, i would like some more permissions options. and other misc little things. I did not like fotki when I tried it. smugsmug was a close one... it basically just cost more so I didn't go with them. also can't remember if they had space restrictions. i just like how community driven flickr is... granted, I've been too lazy to do anything

I've used a little of Google's Picasa gallery, though you have to use Picasa to upload (as far as I know).
