What school should I go to?

Hey guys, I finally got my last University acceptance today Now I have to decide where to go. Im pretty physched for Waterloo, but I wanted to see what others thought about the schools.

Waterloo - my personal choice.
Guelph - Ranked #1, nice and small.
UoT - good rep, a little too big for me though I think.
Carleton - too close to home, not sure if they're that well known.

Its finally time for me to get out of the country! Woohoo!!!

Waterloo has a good reputation from what I have heard. I know their SAE tream is impressive to say the least.

Weren't you supposed to let colleges know who you were going to on the 1st of May? I'm a junior, and all my friends that are seniors were going crazy at that time.

University of Toronto & Carleton are the only ones i've even heard of.

Yeah, these are Canadian schools, and yeah I guess were a few weeks behind you guys in terms of schedule. We have to let them know by June 16th I think.

I applied to these 4 ( and got accepted ) plus one other ( which I didn't get into, Queens )

Don't lose too much sleep over Queens But what I'm asking is, which programs did you apply for in the universities? Engineering? CompSci? Accounting? Arts? etc, etc...

Reason being some universities have a better reputation for some programs than others. Ie. If you were going for sciences, you'd almost definitely want to go to UofT.

Check out the Computer Science dept at the University of Waterloo.
