I enjoy improving the efficiency of the company thereby increasing profits. This has been the best Nov. and Dec. in company history.

I used to...*sigh*

You really have to like the company to have that mindset. I don't think I'd feel this way if I worked for a big one.

I fix computers right now. I like helping people out in the office, making sure their computer isn't just one more thing they have to worry about during the day.
Plus i'm just happy to have a good job.

I want to feel that way again...I really love the job that I have but am totally disgusted with the preparation and support of those above me or working with me. After working almsot 600 hours in 6 week, I finally snapped when one of the project managers came in to run parts on the new machine (two days before full prooveout) and had 3 brackets out of 10 break on us. He stated..."OK, I've seen enough. I'm going home". WTF? If nobody but me cares, then I have no further reason to care either....*sigh*

The more I work, the more work they expect (i.e. even longer hours).

The only advantage is that I do get paid OT, which is rare in my field...but even that doesn't matter anymore...*sigh*
