WHAT`S UP with ECCP-109

Chris has a filter for the stats that combines all accounts with the same handle (case insensitive). Obviously this part of the software is broken, and accounts with the same handle but different e-mails or real names have split, giving some people no team affiliation. This has happened before, just not to this extent.
