What made you guys pick your faith?

15 years of Catholic school. I went to a catholic preschool. Funny thing is my parents aren't even Catholic but I went to Mass every week without them as soon as I could drive.

And it's not so much a belief in a higher being as much as organized religion does do some good despite what people say. I know I do a monthly service trip with my parish I give blood every 3 months good comes from that. But as with all religions people only see the extremists or the bad things a group does and it sheds a poor light.

My pastor is a phenomenal man and someone I am good friends with but he is no zealot. Religion is about doing good for others with others. At least organized religion is. We all hold our own personal beliefs in our hearts, its not required to openly promote them and thats something each individual has regardless of if they're in an organized group or not.

That's interesting, I've not met someone who's parents were not catholic, but was effectively raised that way through school, what made your parents pick a catholic school?
