What refresh rate do you use?

LeadTek Gf3 ti200 64mb
Envision en710 17" - I bought it as a cheap monitor to go with my new system while i could save up for a nicer one, but it's surprisingly of excellent quality. Not the best i've seen obviously, but it's a great little monitor and i haven't really been in too much of a hurry to move up to a better one for the time being.

19" CTX @ 1024x 768 @ 75 Hz. ANy higher refresh and its starts to get fuzzy and a higher resolution makes everything too small for me to see.

Home: Palit Daytona GeForce4 Ti4200 128Mb, Sony E430 (19") running 1280x1024 @ 85Hz

Work: Intel 82815 built-in gfx-card 4Mb, Sony 420GS (17") running 1024x768 @ 100Hz

I always use the highest that the monitor and videocard drivers will allow. The 30.82 Detonators will allow 120Hz max at 800x600, but the 40.xx will allow the monitor's actual highest refresh rate of 144Hz. It's not really a noticable difference, and I'm sticking with the 30.82's until the 40.xx's are perfected.
Anyway, what I run:
800x600 - 120Hz
1024x768 - 100Hz
1280x1024 - 85Hz. (Monitor supports 90Hz, but again, the 30.82's don't allow that speed for some reason.)

Monitor: Nokia Multigraph 447XPro, videocard: Geforce4 Ti4200 128MB

I like to game at 1024 x 768 (keeps text and crosshairs at a size I like) => 100Hz

Desktop is 1280 X 960 (keeps round things round) => 85Hz

(GF3, AXP @ 1775, ViewSonic PF790)

I use 85 hertz for my main, non-gaming resolution of 1152x864 but for 1024x768, 1280x1024 and 1600x1200 I use 70 hertz as this gives me a very fluid motion to games. Any higher and my games jerk around alot. I also have vsync enabled at all times except for benchmarking.🙂

ATI retail Radeon 8500 64Mb paired with Dell P991 from merkortech...
It does 100 Hz at 1024x768.....

1600x1200x32bpp @ 75Hz in Windows
1400x1050x32bpp @ 85Hz in Linux

Philips 109B (19 inch flat CRT) on a Radeon 32MB SDR PCI

19" Sony CPD-G420 with an ATi Radeon 9700 Pro.

I normally use 1600 x 1200 x 85 Hz although I don't mind 1792 x 1344 x 75 Hz just for 3D games. 75 Hz is still OK (for games) and it means I get a higher resolution to use.
