what are some decent speakers? I want some that have decent bass, I have an old Clarion CD player (stock i think) so they dont have to be top of the line.

I dont want top of the line because I dont have an alarm and dont want my car to be broken into just for a pair of speakers since they would be in the open (visible from the back window). On the front I just installed some Kicker KS68 and they sound way better than the stock ones, just looking for some decent ones for the rear. Thanks guys!

EDIT: I believe the rear speakers are 6.5" right?

Kappas are supposedly pretty good. You really don't need something great for the rear speakers...you want most of the sound to come from the front anyways.

You're not going to get a lot of bass out of 6.5" speakers.

Crutchfield has your front speakers listed as 5x7", and your rears as 6x9"...but when I click on "rear speakers", it shows 6.5" speakers. So, I really can't say if 6.5" speakers will fit or not.

Why not just get some 6.5" Kickers for the rear? If you're happy with the sound your front ones produce, you'd likely be satisfied with Kickers in the rear (plus, they're cheaper).

I am certain that the 6.5 will fit. like i mentioned, the kicker ones that i had for the rear 6x9, did not fit...But are there any decent ones with good bass. I have been looking at another set of kickers but was wondering if there was anything good out there...

There are a LOT of good speakers out there...as far as good bass goes, I bet the Kappas would be decent for that. I've even heard JBL has decent bass (hence the reason why Toyota chooses them for their cars). Then again, JBL and Infinity are both under the same company, so they'd likely be similar (JBL costing a bit less).

Yeah...you do know Infinity makes the Kappas, right? Hope the speakers turn out nicely. :)

Yah...lol...they do seem very solid, I am also thinking of getting an amp later on to take full advantage of their power....should be a decent sound system...
