As fossils tell us, a slew of them were slain by flood. Just read the sediments.
The non-fossilized were hunted to extinction by humans. Likely giant humans who needed buttloads of sustenance.
Granted the odd meteor could have killed a few.

You're completely forgetting about the Great Dino-War. Hundreds of billions died fighting about who had rights to the oil futures.

Roughly 40% of the dinosaurs associated with the letter R and the same amount associated with the letter D but they refused to work together and instead worked against each other. Eventually the D dinosaurs got a majority and passed universal healthcare for all dinosaurs but the R dinosaurs weren't going to take that lying down. So the R dinosaurs, after regaining a majority, figured the best way to sabotage the D dinosaurs was to make their program seem horrible. The R dinosaurs purposely ran up the costs of the program until it collapsed and no more dinosaurs had healthcare. Then came the great Dino Plague and because there was no healthcare system anymore it took too long for a cure to be devised and the reign of the dinosaurs ended.

The end.

They didn't die - they never existed. The book of history (Bible) doesn't mention them, therefore they didn't exist. It's all a government conspiracy. Tinfoil hat. Etc...
