Well my current generic ram can't overclock at all so I'm going to have to buy new ram in order to overclock my cpu and keep a 1:1 ratio. I'm going to try to hit 200fsb@low multiplier but if I can't then I know I can hit 166fsb@10.5. My Motherboard is an Asus A7N8X Deluxe(Nforce2 Chipset). Either way I wan't ddr400 ram because I might get a barton later on or even a Athlon64. My two choices I was thinking about are KINGSTON HyperX 2x256MB PC3200 or Mushkin 2x256MB PC 3500. The Mushkin is about $174 and the Kingston is $127. I'd like to save money so what do you guys recommend? I mainly play games so I want good gamming performance. Is the performance gain from the Mushkin really going to be worth the extra cash or would the Kingston be good enough?
