I was wondering..

I know Intel motherboards use the 12v power rail for the cpu voltage regulation...

But what about AMD boards? Like the A7N8X-X?
I know the older boards used 5v, but then I remember something about newer boards using 12v?

The reason I ask is because the +5v rail on my Enermax 350w is at 4.7v.. which I thought was a bit too low, so I wanted to get a new psu, so I wanted to find out which rail is more important..
the 12v and 3.3v seem fine at 3.30 and 12.05

thanks

Most newer board maker like Asus and Abit use 12v. That Asus board uses 12v.
