What Radeon card will do this please?

I have been patiently waiting for a drop in the price of an 8500. But....

Here is what I need:

1. DDR
2. Can run video from camcorder into video card and edit.
3. Do not want TV tuner in it.
4. Dual monitor if possible.
5. Tha absolute best image quality I can get, within budget.

Which one will do this please? I have been salivating over the 8500, but maybe it isn't the one. ANy help appreciated. I run XP Pro. Actually. any reasonably fast card (I have a GF2 now) would do. My budget is $150 US max. Thanks again....

None of the Radeon cards will do everything you want.

VIVO cards with no tuner(video in for your camcorder)

*64DDR VIVO (composite(rca) input only) not dual head. great IQ.

Thats it, all other Radeon VIVO cards are AIW cards and have tuners, none are dual head, all great IQ. These all also have s-video inputs and the coax connector for the tuner.

For your budget, you can almost swing an AIW 7500, no tuner, no dual head, but a great card nontheless. I paid $161 shipped from Newegg.

I haven't seen one, but your best shot might be a 3d party manufacturer that has video in. What you are asking is pretty much impossible, there just isn't enough space on the card for all those ports.
