The Promise brand or Maxtor ata controller cards are good. I would avoid the ones that have the old Highpoint contoler chip on them.

I'd have to echo what 4824guy said. It's hard to go wrong with Promise or Maxtor. In fact, if you're interested there's a member with the username of DainBrammage over at the FS/FT forum that has a pair of ATA133 cards for $40.00 shipped each, I believe they're Maxtors, also an ATA66 card. Just in case you're looking right now. Look here
