Well, "best" depends on what you need the board to do. If you could tell us things like what features/price range you're looking for (as well as whether or not you want to overclock) then it would be much easier suggest boards. As for the motherboard you mentioned, I'm I'm not familiar with that board, its an Intel board which means that A) Its going to be rock solid stable, B) Its going to be relatively sparse on features (except for the new "enthusiast" boards, but this isn't one of them), C) There will be very few options in the BIOS to allow you to tweak your computer, D) You can forget any sort of overclocking. Its also a RAMBUS board, and I'd personally recommend DDR PC2700 over RAMBUS. So if you plan on doing any sort of overclocking, you can forget buying an Intel board and instead, should get a board made by Asus, Abit, or EPoX.
