What quiet and effective 140mm fan for radiators? What fan controller?

Title somewhat states it.

Short: I need several 140mm fans for two radiators(3 each radiator). What is a good quiet fan? Also, what is a good fan/pump controller?

Long:
Case : Thermaltake Tower 700 (yes, huge)
CPU/Board: ASUS RIVE with i7-3930k with cpu and board blocks, all on single 420 rad, (yes 5 years old)
GPUs: two Titan-X (non-pascal) water blocked on single 420 rad
Reservoir/pumps : PrimoChill D5 enabled 240mm tube reservoirs with Laing D5 pumps
Radiators : I'll double check size and thickness, for sure 140mm wide

Yes, I'm way over on cooling capacity. This is just a giggles build... yes, my e-peen is dragging on the ground.

So what is a good set of fans to keep the system cool and be somewhat quiet?

What is a good fan controller? Ideal would allow a before and after temp sensor for the radiator?

I have more cooling capacity than you ;) 480mm monsta, 560mm monsta dual loop in my Caselabs STH10. Your epeen is not that big lol. I am using noiseblockers pk-3 in push/pull for my 560 monsta rad. Very quiet and excellent static pressure.
I have a lamptron 30wx6 fan controller for my fans. If you want temp control etc, you should get an acquero

I have more capacity then both of u guys combined spread out on 3 loops with 4 radiators + 6 pumps with almost 1/2 gallon of coolant required, for my LCS system.

:T

Aquero is a nice option if you want the digital display and software controlling aspect.
If you just want a good standard fan controller, a lamptron FC5 has always been my favorate.

As for fans, this is why i hate 140mm radiators.
140mm fans suck horribly compared to 120mm.

Infact they dont offer any advantages as that size advantage is quickly lost in the better quality of 120mm fans.

This is also why i run only 120mm radiators because a noctua industrial 120mm 3k rom fan or a Gentle Typhoon 2150rpm fan will kill any 140mm fan outside the 80 dollar sanyo denki san ace.

But that 140mm sanyo denki san ace is about 80 dollars EACH.

My next pick would be EK Vadar series..

but at almost 30 dollars per fan x 8 fans ~ 240 dollars just on fans.... which i would probably rant and cry a storm on.... well my system isn't any better as i have 15 x GT's which i paid about 21 dollars each for...

Jesus, that's insanity lol. My STH10 allows me to add another 560 at the bottom l, 240 up top and a 360 in front everything in p/p but I didn't want to have a 150lb case. It's on casters already.
I have gentle typhoons ap15s for my 480 monsta. They are incredible fans.

Thank you guys for the reply.

Any quick information on narrowing down which Aquero? Last time I looked at controllers, I found a lot of information about them but much of it was outdated or jumped around a bit.

The lamptron FC5 looks interesting. How difficult to split apart the signal from the six channel? My thought be one channel per fan set(radiator 1, radiator 2, etc)

@ddogg How long have you been running the noiseblockers pk-3?

@aigomorla Any reviews on the EK Vadar?

About a month. For 140mm fans, noiseblockers eloops or pk, Ek vardar and noctua industrial fans are probably the best you can get. They still don't compare to the 120mm gentle typhoons though.

split signal?
you mean temperature?
it has 6 temp probe connectors.

So you can plug in your probes at any of the 6 points.

The controller can also handle 30W per channel, which means roughly, almost 5-6 high powered fans, or a pump even if required, provided the pump is less then 30W.

I actually meant the fan channels. It appears the controller has six fan output channels.

I didn't see the 6 temp probe connectors.

Is it worth getting 140mm to 120mm adapters and running 120mm fans?

It's not worth it. If you have a rad that takes 140mm fans just use 140mm fans.
