what puts off more UV, halogen or flourescent lights

I bet a 100watt halogen puts off more UV than a 10watt flourescent... and I bet a 100watt flourescent puts off more UV than a 10watt halogen.. and I bet that if I took a guess on either one for a 100watt/100watt comparision, I would be wrong 100% of the time after 3 guesses even though that's statistically impossible.
