What purpose for my Linux Box

Looking at the Linux box in my sig, what suggestions would you have for useful apps?

I finally have it communicating with my winxp box, internet and all peripherals; so what is next? Most of the time it just sits off, maybe once a week I log onto it to mess around.
 
that's alot of ram and a nice GPU, and a nice sound card for a P3. You could do websites, and render graphics and such. Or just go online.
 
I might go the storage route, a couple 500gb drives and such, maybe even some LAN webhosting or gameservers....anything at this point....right now it is just a surfing machine.
