What PSU would you choose?

I like the second one, although I have no experience. Price is best, also the 120mm fan sounds like an excellent idea. That should make it a lot quieter than PSU's with 80 mm fans.
 
I was thinking of an enermax since I rlly love the feature where the fans stay on 20 minutes after shutdown to cool system, but they don't offer any led psu's. I know looks shouldn't matter much, but since there are so many good high quality good PSU's with LED lights I am rlly looking fpor a PSU that does.

Edit: Prices don't rlly matter much to me because each PSU is around the same price, I just listed the sites with the best descriptions 4 you guys.
 
SO can I basically eliminate Ultra from the list (I heard a lot of mixed reveiws about them)? I would def pick the OCZ, but the Antec would match my case better so I am not sure yet. I also been hearing some mixed reveiws about the Antec lately as well, though while I keep hearing better and better things about the OCZ.
