what PSU would i need for this build

I was thinking of getting a 700w, but im not sure what would be good.

That's not a particularly power-hungry card. Look for a high quality unit in the 550 watt range--XFX, Seasonic, some models from EVGA, Antec, Corsair.

For such expensive components, buy a unit with at least 5 year warranty, Gold efficiency and high build quality. You won't need a lot of power - this would be enough: XFX XTR 550W $75

If you want a little more room for a more power hungry card (a ~250W card like GTX 980 Ti, for instance), then grab a 650W unit. (550W would probably run a little noisy, though perfectly stable.) EVGA GS 650 $95 ($65 AR). If you factor in the rebate then obviously this is the better pick anyway
