what psu size do i need?

micro ATX board (has p4 connector)
1 90mm cpu
1 90mm case
2 pc3200 512mb ram
1 dvd r/rw
1 dvd read
1 3.5" floppy
1 usbx4 pci card
1 pci video card (64?mb..no fan) running 3rd output
1 agp video card 512mb 1 small fan running 2 output
1 sata 80gb

probably at least 1 more sata or 7200rpm ide drive
rig will be 24/7 on.. running thru a good UPS...would like to last 2-3yrs min
no overclolcking or serious gaming

will 2yr old 350w enermax be OK?
 
Your current PSU will be fine but a little preventative maintainance might be a good idea.
Open it, clean with canned air & new paint brush, replace the fan with the exact type you
remove. While it's open look for any cap swelling/venting. There will most likely be none
but a look doesn't hurt. That's what I'd do anywho 😉
