What psu should i get?

Hello. I'm just wondering what PSU i should get for 400-500 watts for around 40 dollars or less that is very efficient and will last a long time. It doesn't matter if modular or non-modular. I have looked at many psu, i was about to buy the corsair cx 430 but then the prices were risen.

This is the build i plan to make:

-Intel core i5 3570k
-Evga GTX 670
-Corsair Vengence 2X4gb (8gb) 1600mhz
-Biostar TZ77XE3
-Western Digital Caviar blue 1 tb 64mb cache 7200rpm
-Cooler master scout mid tower case
 
CX430 only has one PCIe connector, you need two. Get CX500 $50 after promo ($30 after rebate). Other options from decent manufacturers are pretty nonexistent at this price and wattage.
