What PSU is suggest for this build? Also.. Corsair AX or Seasonic X?

i am currently building a new computer and would appreciate any thoughts on the matter.

i7 2600k (will OC)
Gigabyte P67-UD4-B3
16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 Mhz 8-8-8-24 1.5v
Sapphire ATI 5770 (plan on upgrading or Crossfiring once BF3 comes out)
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer 7.1
OCZ Vertex Turbo 60GB SSD
Western Digital RaptorX 150GB HD
Samsung 1TBx2 Raid 1
Samsung 500GBx2 Raid 1
Samsung 18X DVD±R DVD Burner, LightScribe
Corsair H50 (push pull setup)

They are essentially the same PSU, I would go with Corsair for the added warranty.

For single GPU 500W is plenty, for Xfire 750W.

the AX psu dont have nearly as good of voltage ripple regulation/suppression as the HX series. So get a HX750 or HX850

For a 6970 with your rig a x650 will probably just manage, for lots of hdds and oc and 7970 get a x760 or 850 or.corsair equivalent.
