What PSU for CoolerMaster 620C case?

I'm planning to build a mini computer and would like to keep it as quiet as possible. Does the CoolerMaster 620C require a micro-atx PSU, or can I use a standard PSU for this case? Does anyone have any recommendations for a PSU for this case? Something in the 200-250W range, and preferably as quiet as possible... Any suggestions?
