What PSU do I need for A64 3000+ (Venice), 6600GT PCIe, 3 HDs, 2 burners?

Sorry for yet another power supply thread, but I always get conflicting info on all the other PSU threads so I thought I'd ask something specific to the system I'm planning to build.

Right now I have the old SL350 Antec that came with my SX835-II case. I like the case so I'm sticking with it. But I'm planning an upgrade to the following:

Asus A8N-E nforce4 Ultra 939 mobo
Athlon64 3000+ (Venice)
eVGA 6600GT 128MB
1GB RAM

Combine that with my dual burners, 3 hard drives and various peripherals and I don't think the old Antec will cut it (nevermind the 20-24 pin or PCIe power issue.) What is the minimum power supply you'd recommend? I care more about rail stability, noise and heat than I do about wrapped cables, LEDS, colors and max wattage. But it would be nice to have at least 2 SATA cables, 24pin and PCIe connectors.

So far the one I'm thinking about is the Fortron/FSP 350-60THN which others have recommended.

350 watt would work, but i would recommend a bit more. 380watt and above is the way too go. The post above mine linking the thermaltake looks very good for the price. $38 = 420watt nice plus thermaltake makes very decent psu's

ocz modstream 450w ($85/$70 or $75) or 520w ($115) [cable w/ sata power connectors included]
enermax 460w EG465P-VE ($94 or $80)
fortron AX500 500w ($91)

I do not recommend buying a lower wattage psu.

The OCZ modstream 450w is very affordable and an excellent PSU as long as you're not using a newer lian li case (v1x00) heh.

I'm currently using the enermax 460w mentioned above, and it is a very capable psu, but lacks the frills that other psu's feature now (cosmetics, sata connectors [comes with a molex->sata adaptor], no wrapping of the molex cables, small details like that).

Fortron is one of the best names in PSU's, I've not had a problem with any of them that I've owned, have a couple of the 400w 12cm fan models and a friend has a 550w model.

Might want to check out Seasonic as well, I just don't have any personal experience with them.

I built a 3000+ / 6600GT system with one HDD and one optical and I went with an Antec TruePower 2.0 480W to have some breathing room for the inevitable upgrades. But it does cost quite a bit more.

I would have said you could go with a 350 but the extra HDDs are going to draw more power...400+ I say.
