I'm building my first microATX factor system and all the powersupplies are between 250w-400w and I'm not sure if that is enough for the system.

MOBO: EVGA 112-CK-NF77-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce e-7150/630i HDMI Micro ATX Intel

Processor: Intel Q6600 or maybe Duo 6750

2GB DDR2 800
500G harddrive
DVD/CD burner

that pretty much covers it.

I'm seeing zero mention of an external gpu, any psu with 150-200w of 12v power would be plenty. Realistically, that means a good 250w+ psu.
