What PS for Asus 7n8x-dlx, w/2500 AMD and accs?

What PS would I need w/above mb and cpu, along w/ 1-dvd-rw/cd-rw-rom, 2-200gb wd hd, 3-160gb segate sata hd, 4-2.88 fd, 5-3 case fans, 6-led light, and any other accs, I might dream up?

I'd go for a good 400 W PSU, like the Antec TruePower 430 or 480. Dualfan, one 80mm, one 92mm, temperture controled ... just make sure that u get a brand, and non of these OEM crap PSUs.
