What project is best for this CPU?

I have a Celeron 600MHz, what should I run on it? Gamma Flux or RC5?

HMM...I don't know diddly about GF, but maybe the speed page would help. It says that Gamma would be about 12 KRays/sec (huh?) and 414 WU. RC5 is about 540 WU.

Well, OGR runs very well on a Celeron 600, especially with the latest clients.

Between RC5 and GF, RC5 is slightly better on a Celeron, as you can see from my Opportunity Cost table:

RC5/OGR is kind of a toss-up for Celerons. About the only thing they don't do well is SETI.

Try to run it at 900 MHz if your mobo is OK. Mine is stable at 900 MHz & 1.85V .
