What programs will ZERO-OUT my hard drive?

My boss and I are looking for some software which will format our hard drives to all zeros. Specifically, it needs to perform a 3-binary pass format. Does anyone know how I can obtain this type of software (free)?
 
Hmm, I don't know if these programs will to a 3-binary pass format, but usually you can go to the manufacturer site and get a prog specifically for your hdd that will write all 0's.
 
Okay.. I know what low level format is... what's a 3-binary pass? And yeah, otherwise (for LLF) I would say manufacturers website.
