what programs for use to overclock?

i've got a new leadtek geforce 2 pro card.
however.
the included program does not work in windows 2000 for overclock.
so what programs should i use?
and also to monitor its temperature?

How the hell do you apply the MHz changes in NVMAX? it just goes 5 seconds and does nothing as far as I can see..
