What programs are safe not to load up w/

When I click Start > Run > Msconfig and click the startup tab there are a bunch of programs that are listed. I've closed a majoirty of them, RealPlayer, Winamp Etc. However there area few I am unsure about, anyone have any idea what these are and if they are safe to close?

hdtray.exe

HDhelp.exe

Loadpowerprofile?

keep loadpowerprofile, it's MS's power management

if you've never used the scheduling agent, then you won't miss it...uncheck that bad boy

as far as hdtray.exe and hdhelp.exe....they appear to have something to do with a philips acoustic edge card..do you have one?

hdtray would be the tray icon....

i suppose you could keep them

Yep got an AE, damn so that makes 3 thing that the AE is loading up at the start, hdhelp.exe, hdtray.exe and aelaunch.exe
