What program will convert mp3's to wav's the quickest?

I've never used winamp to convert audio, heck I didn't even know you could do it. Personaly i've been using musicmatch. it seems pretty quick. It's even better faster if you get a key for it. I've also used cdex. simple straight forward program but I think musicmatch is faster. I'll have to check later.

Musicmatch is a good recomendation. but i already have Adaptec's EC cd creator to do that. i just wanted to convert mp3 to wav's

the active audio is quite interesting. think i'll try that one out.

Adaptec Easy CD creator 4.0 or above does .mp3 to .wav directly. However, from lots of reviews, it says Easy CD creator is a party coaster maker, I totally agree. You can also try Nero 5.0, it is an excellent software for burning CDs.

Just some suggestion.

PC_Freak, MusicMatch can just be used for converting wav/mp3. just click Options->File->Convert.

Nero converts .MP3s to .WAVs on the fly when you're ready to burn a CD.

Go to audioactive's website and download their decoder. They have the industry standard mp3 player as well as decoder. No problems with it so far. Sound quality is great.

yeah i use the AudioActive decoder, it is fast as hell, and also u can open like 20 windows at once and decode all ur mp3s at the same time, only takes a couple of minutes!

I use Ultra player (http://www.ultraplayer.com). You must have Winsows Media PLayer 6.4 or higher installed because it uses the codecs. For the rest, it beats WinAmp and also freeware.

Lots of free ones out there that are great but Musicmatch is for beginners so stay away from that if you intend to have good CD mixes

I use MP3 to Wave converter LINK . It works on the windows options.Just right click on the MP3 and you get an option to convert to wave.The only downside is that it's 15.00 :frown: .
