what program to use ISO files?

My buddy sent me a program that was in 3 parts. THe folder holding all of them was a .ISO-RiSE file apparantly. I just don't know how to go along with this file because I need to install this program and its confusing. Does anyone know how to do this?

An .ISO is an image file of a physical CD-ROM. You either need to burn it to cd using a program like Nero, or if you don't care about actually having a cd copy, just use daemon tools and mount it as a virtual CD.

you can download winISO to literally OPEN the ISO IMAGE...and extract your files...

or if the disc needs to be run to operate, like that of a hacked game...I mean...file disc...then you need to download Daemon Tools 3.47 and run the ISO as an image from your HD.
