What program to transfer music/pics from iphone to PC?

Say that you reformatted your hard drive and now all of your music and pictures are in the phone. If I sync the phone with the computer, it's going to delete everything.

How can I go about transfering all of the stuff on the phone back onto the pc? What program should I get?
