A aceO07 Diamond Member Nov 6, 2000 4,491 0 76 Dec 18, 2009 #1 I have core temp 0.99.5 and rmclock 2.3.5 measuring 77c under prime95. However, TP Fan Control 0.62 is showing 68c. Core Temp also shows my cpu as L7200, so I'm not sure if I can trust it. I know it's a L7500 and cpu-z also shows L7500.

Because it takes the temp reading off the die directly. Realtemp and coretemp is basically the same thing, only different Tj MAX values on some processors. But u can take either or with confidence.
