What program made/can burn this CD image?

Anyone have any idea what program can burn .BWI CD image files? It also has a smaller .BWT file with it. I've had this thing on my drive for 6 months and would like to get it off already, but I don't know what program can burn it. Any ideas?

BlindSuite. They are both BlindSuite image files.
